Pathway Capacity Institute is offering Trainings and Mentorship on Institutional Growth & Systems Optimization (MIGSO) which is a tailormade program designed to provide guidance and support to institutions seeking to improve their operations, expand their reach, and optimize their systems for better efficiency and effectiveness. MIGSO programs involve pairing institutions with experienced mentors and consultants who provide guidance, advice, and support tailored to specific needs and challenges. The MIGSO programs involve a combination of assessments, workshops, training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing support to help institutions achieve their growth and optimization of objectives.
