Director Lead Consultant Andrew Adallah. LinkedIn Andrew Adallah is an independent consultant who specializes in system building and management techniques for development and humanitarian organizations. He has over 17 years of experience working with civil society organizations in Kenya. Mr Adallah has a long history of helping CSOs improve their capacities in areas such as leadership and governance, project design, planning and management, monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilization, and sustainability. Mr Adallah is a certified trainer, coach and mentor who has trained over 300 organizations, mentored and coached 57 organizations across East Africa on organizational development and systems strengthening. Mr. Adallah holds a Master's degree in social development and management and a Bachelor's degree in environmental science and resource development. She also has a certification in Monitoring and evaluation in Global health from University of Washington and SPSS & Data management from JOOUST. Mercy is a project management professional and consultant with over 5 years’ experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of adolescent and youth programs, SRHR & Gender, HIV and economic empowerment. She has excellent skills in community engagement, leadership, human centred design, user experience and service design with a focus on global health. She currently works at Medtronic Labs as a clinical designer working in the Pan African Region Associate Director  Social Innovation & Digital Engagement  Ms, Saraphina Ambale - LinkedIn Saraphina Ambale is a seasoned ODSS consultant with three years of practical experience, specializing in community development and human rights. As a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) and mentor in Organizational Development and Systems Strengthening (ODSS). Ms, Ambale possess a strong track record of empowering both non-profit organizations and business enterprises to enhance their growth and resilience. In addition to her ODSS expertise, she brings over seven years of dedicated experience in gender development, focusing on gender mainstreaming, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and economic empowerment programs for youth and women in humanitarian settings. Furthermore, Saraphina Ambale is a skilled communication specialist, adept at crafting and implementing effective communication strategies tailored to the unique needs of organizations, fostering strong internal and external communication channels for enhanced organizational effectiveness.
